SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

Currently, we are only shipping to locations in the U.S.

Most orders ship with USPS Shipping.

Once an order is placed, it is usually shipped within 1-2 business days.

Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.

Most products are delivered in 4-10 working days from the date it was shipped. 

We will e-mail you when your order has been shipped with a tracking number for your package. 

If your order is unable to be delivered due to an incorrect address provided, you will be responsible for re-shipping and re-packaging fees.

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

We will gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the receipt date. 

Unfortunately, due to health and safety reasons, there are no returns or exchanges on any OPENED or USED beard conditioners.

If you would like to cancel an order, you must do so before your product has shipped.

For Returns/Exchanges:

Please send the product back to the address provided upon e-mailing our support.

 Please include your name, phone, order number and reason for return or exchange. Include a tracking number, as we cannot be responsible for packages that cannot be confirmed as delivered.
